copyright & usage

I, Gia (the artist):

  • reserve the right to reject any order for any reason

  • retain all copyrights over the final artwork

  • I am allowed to share the artwork on my social media (unless the client requests not to)

  • I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the final artwork

You (the commissioner):

  • may upload the final artwork on any website or social media pages as long as you give proper credit (stating my name/tagging me)

  • may NOT make profits from the final artwork
    (e.g. reselling, redistributing, etc.)

  • may NOT use the final artwork for Ai training, NFTS or cryptocurrency

  • may NOT alter the final artwork without my consent (including removing my watermark)

payment

  • payments via Paypal

  • please wait until I send you the invoice before paying

  • 100% upfront OR split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch is approved

  • refunds or cancellations will not be accepted once I receive your payment

  • If for any reason, I cannot complete your commission, you will receive a full refund

process & delivery

  1. Fill out the google form

  2. I will contact you within a few days to discuss the order details

  3. Once I determine the price, I will send you a paypal invoice

  4. You will secure a spot on my queue once the invoice is paid (at least 50% or full)

  5. I allow 4 revisions (2 for the sketch, and 2 for colors) additional revisions will be charged

  6. Once it's complete, I will send you a copy of the final artwork (PNG format) via google drive

I am a Filipino digital artist based in the U.S. I started drawing digitally in 2020 during the pandemic, and I’ve been drawing and sharing my art online ever since <3 My art consists of fanart from my favorite childhood movies/tv shows, illustrations of my numerous OCs, and the occasional environment painting.When I'm not working, I like to spend my free time collecting stationary, playing indie video games, and reading books that take me months to finish :)
